Blog by the Psalm Trees
Today we started by going swimming and eating breakfast, and then we went to our Bible study groups where we did a play, an animation, drew a comic or made a floor pictureabout a part in the Bible which included Abraham and Lazarath. Then we had our first lesson of the day where we learn’t about Jesus and how his resurrection was the most important element of the Christian faith. During the lesson we also drew abstract images of what we thought heaven looked like. Finally, we also wrote down a sin on a piece of paper to then burn it.
We then had a second lesson discussing Christian faith, after coffee we had a mass at the church. After the classes and church, we then had a sauna for the boys while the girls were playing football down at the sand field. Everyone had great fun, after that we went to iltaohjelma or evening programme hosted again by the isoset. We then lowered the flag and and had an evening snack until we eventually settled down for bed during evening prayer/komplis.
